Peter Ogu qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 1986 and subsequently qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant and Chartered Accountant. He worked in practise for ten years before moving to the industry where he gained various accountancy and managerial experience, holding various positions including those of Finance Director of a PLC. He returned to the public practise to use his vast experience to serve owner managed businesses. His combined professional practise and industry experience has placed him in a good position to understand how industry work and be able to give proper advise to clients.
Sam advices on taxation, business strategies, training and consultancy. He qualified a Chartered Certified Accountant in 1988 and subsequently Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser. Sam’s early interest in business and consultancy led him to read Financial Management at Lancaster University. He joined the former Coopers and Lybrand (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers) as a consultant where he worked for few years before moving into corporate banking industry holding various positions including those of Stock Broker and Compliance. He is presently executive chairman of a Hospitality and Information Technology Group.
Sam has been with Peters & Co since it was formed in early 2000s. His grounding in various aspect of professional work has given him insight into wide range of businesses. Peters & Co is able to draw on his wide range of knowledge when necessary.
