Peter Ogu qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 1986 and subsequently qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant. He worked in practise for ten years before moving to the industry where he gained various accountancy and managerial experience, holding various positions including those of Finance Director and Company Secretary of a PLC. He returned to the public practise to use his vast experience to serve owner managed businesses. His combined professional practise and industry experience has placed him in a good position to understand how industry work and be able to give proper advise to clients.

Richard McGilvary FCA
Richard qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1967 with a local professional practise, the then Spicer & Pegler in Brighton. He later worked in various countries in West Africa as a partner with Pannell Kerr Forster. He acted as auditor and advisor to various sizes of organisations including large PLCs, Banks and large government institutions.
On his return to UK, he worked as the Internal Audit Manager of London Transport and worked in various positions.
His wealth of professional and service industry experience is a huge asset to draw from on complex technical issues.
